Jessica Shepherd
"D.I.N.K.s Unite"
Born and raised on the Gulf coast of Texas, Jessica has spent much of her life doing anything related to music and the arts. (Singing and songwriting are just her favorite) Jessica’s sophomore effort, YOU'RE COUNTRY NOW, self-produced with Associate Producers Scott Harris (Stinson Studios), Jason Richard (Clockright Studios), and David Valley (Sonic Arts Recording) landed her a Nomination for FEMALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR 2010 by The Texas Music Awards (sanctioned by the Texas Music Academy) for her performance on this CD project. It is a brilliant display of all Jessica's finely honed skills as a Singer, Songwriter and Producer.
Currently, YOU’RE COUNTRY NOW, is enjoying chart success with “Do Your Damn Job”, a song about Jessica’s recycling woes with a small Texas town. And also receiving rave industry reviews: "...Outstanding vocals...Inimitable Style." - Lucky Boyd Co-Founder of My Texas Music; "YOU’RE COUNTRY NOW is a terrific album from the talented Jessica Shepherd...This album is for all Country music fans that enjoy a fresh and innovating classical approach to the genre and features a talented female vocalist..." - Radio Indy; to quote a few.
Her debut album, TRAVELLINGIRL brought international acclaim with chart success in Australia that resulted in 3 international tours and song placements in Chicago based, Robert Alaniz's "D.I.N.K.S" and "THE VISION" (IMDB listed) movie soundtracks.
Jessica is also a former member of the Rockin' Gospel Project, Nominated BEST VOCAL GROUP 2009 by the TEXAS MUSIC AWARDS, who play every month at the famous Maria's Taco Xpress (Hippie Church, ya'll). The RGP have also been featured on national TV, The Gospel Music Channel's "Kitchen Sink" and play regularly at The Old Settlers Music Festival.

John Ludwig
" Dinkin’ "
John is a Christian songwriter with an oft-humorous twist. He plays (guitar, harp, bass, and bagpipes) solo and in several bands. Currently President of the Chicago Songwriters Collective, he has written over 150 songs and has released four CDs. After having songs in Robert’s last two movies (The Vision and Bitterblue), it feels like lightning has struck a third time with D.I.N.K.s. In spite of, or perhaps because of, having 5 kids he found the song Dinkin’ to be an absolute blast to write and play. Feel free to look him up at songsbyjohn.com, youtube channel songsbyjohn1, Facebook, and myspace.
